All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Royal Mail - Tracked 48 - £3.99

  • Delivered within 2-4 business days by Royal Mail once despatched

Royal Mail - Tracked 24 - £4.99

  • Delivered within 1-2 business days by Royal Mail once despatched

    European shipping - £22.00

    • Estimated delivery within 2-11 business days. You will be responsible for any customs fees.

    Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

    We hope you love your Sinking Birdies gear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

    Returns

    To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging, and must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

    To start a return, contact us at orders@sinkingbirdies.co.uk. Please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.

    For UK customers, we can provide a prepaid tracked returns label for £3.99. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

    Alternatively, you may arrange and pay for your own return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

    International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their return postage.

    Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your return after it arrives with us. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

    Where applicable under your statutory cancellation rights, any standard outbound delivery charge will also be refunded.

    Free Exchanges

    Need a different size, style or product? We’ve made exchanges as simple as possible.

    To arrange an exchange, simply place a new order for the replacement item you would like.

    Once you’ve placed the new order, contact us at orders@sinkingbirdies.co.uk with your new order number.

    We will then:

    • Refund the delivery charge on your new order

    • Adjust the price where necessary so the replacement receives the same discount as your original purchase

    • Include a prepaid return label for your original item with the replacement order

    Once we receive the original item back unused and approved for return, we will refund the original item less a £3.99 return label fee.

    This means you only pay £3.99 to complete the exchange, with no additional delivery charge for the replacement.

    All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

    Bundles

    If you return part of a bundle or multi-buy offer, your refund may be adjusted to reflect the price you would have paid for the items you keep without the original bundle discount.

    Items We Cannot Accept

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of:

    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

    • Items that have been worn, used or returned in an unsellable condition

    • Gift cards

    • Items specifically marked as final sale or non-returnable

    Your statutory rights are not affected.

    Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

    We're sorry if you've received an item that is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered.

    Please contact us at orders@sinkingbirdies.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs showing the problem.

    If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of the return and any replacement delivery.

    Please contact us before sending a faulty or incorrect item back so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

    European Union Customers

    If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason, subject to applicable consumer law.

    Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
