All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Standard UK shipping - From £1

  • Delivered within 2-4 business days by Royal Mail once despatched

Free standard UK shipping when you spend over £50

  • Delivered within 2-4 business days by Royal Mail once despatched

Express UK shipping - £4

  • Delivered within 1-3 business days by Royal Mail once despatched
  • Typically despatched the next working day but where possible we will endeavour to despatch same day

      Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

      At Sinking Birdies, we continually strive to offer the best service possible to our customers shopping online with us. However, in the unlikely event that you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase from us, we offer a 14-day free return policy for UK customers. All international customers will need to pay the postage fees to return items.

      If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Here are the key points of our return policy:

      1. Eligible Items: Most of our products are eligible for return, provided they are in new, unused condition, with packaging intact.

      2. Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

      3. Easy Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at orders@sinkingbirdies.co.uk to notify us of your intent to return the item. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to package and ship the item back to us.

      4. Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for UK customers within the designated return window. You will receive a prepaid return label to use when sending the item back to us.

      5. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@sinkingbirdies.co.uk.

      We do not offer exchanges on our products.

      Exclusions: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the time period above, or that are worn or in an unsellable condition. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

      We apologise if you have received a defective, damaged or the incorrect item. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are here to help resolve this issue for you.
